Illumemo is a consumer wellness tool providing general, informational screening of short-term memory patterns. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. AI-generated content
Assessment insights are generated with the aid of artificial intelligence and adapted based on your inputs and responses. AI outputs may vary and should not be treated as clinical assessments.
3. Payment and refunds
The $4.99 full report download is processed via Stripe. Due to instant digital delivery, all sales are final once the download link is issued.
4. No data retention
Illumemo does not store your name, demographic information, or assessment responses beyond your current browser session. When you close the tab, all data is permanently gone.
5. Limitation of liability
Illumemo and its creators shall not be liable for any decisions made based on STMPI results. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making health-related decisions.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Illumemo constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
